DPS Consulting delivers advisory, assessment, and training. The execution side — guards, patrols, posted officers, contract security operations — is intentionally not part of our service model. When an engagement calls for execution, we partner with the client's existing security provider or recommend qualified options. The work and the people stay with the firms built to deliver them.
